- Certified Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach
- Certified Career Transition Coach
- Strategic Talent Acquisition & Management Expert
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategist

Jennifer is passionate about developing high performing leaders who, through being asked powerful questions, explore behaviors that may be limiting success and happiness. She provides a unique judgment free, safe space for her clients to explore values and find inner peace of mind, thus providing a great start towards self care and finding success and happiness professionally and personally.

Jennifer had careers as Vice President of a UK based US Government Bond Broker, HR leader in the Pharmaceutical/CPG industry and is now a Certified Coach. She has always had a strong interest in diversity, equity & inclusion work, and she volunteers at the non-profit Random Acts as their DEI specialist.

When Jennifer decided to return to full-time work, she targeted a pivot from finance to HR. She earned an MA in Industrial Psychology and MBA in Human Resource Management and joined a global executive search firm in their financial services team. Within a few months, she joined the new life sciences and CPG practice. Jennifer was asked to lead key projects for clients, identifying diverse candidates for critical roles.

To broaden her HR experience, Jennifer joined a biotech start-up as part of a 2 person HR team. In anticipation of an FDA approval, she led the recruitment efforts and grew the staff over 200%. When the FDA rejected the drug application, her role was eliminated. She took some time to assess possibilities and over the ensuing years had roles of increasing responsibility within healthcare.  Over a decade later, her role was downsized. During her outplacement program and with keen personal exploration, she confirmed leadership coaching was what she loved most. She pursued a part time role in the LHH career transition business, which kept her extremely busy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Though the work was difficult with so many clients having lost their jobs through no fault of their own, her quality scores confirmed the positive impact she had. She continues her work with LHH and has joined their leadership development business as a leadership coach.

Jennifer has been coaching leaders internally and externally since 2017. She earned her PCC credential in 2021 and her Positive Intelligence Coaching certification in 2022. Her clients learn about their "Saboteurs" while practicing how to strengthen their mental fitness, turning limiting beliefs, behaviors and challenging situations into gifts and opportunities. Current clients include C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, Vice Presidents and their teams. Clients include GE, Kraft Heinz, Capgemini, Guardian Life Insurance, EMC, Nestle, Crocs, Corus, Verizon, Meta, Intel, Amazon to name a few.

WHY HUMMINGBIRDS?

Humans have been fascinated by hummingbirds for as long as can be remembered. What is it about this little bird that captivates us so?

They can fly backwards, hover up and down, and stop instantly from flying full speed. They have wings that can beat up to 80 times per second. They have been known to travel up to 2000 miles to reach their destination and they alone have the ability to fly moving their wings in the pattern of an infinity symbol.

Hummingbirds in their seemingly carefree and happy flight remind us to live in the moment and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. By seeming to appear out of nowhere, they remind us that joy is unpredictable and can often be just around the corner. They can reach beyond the tough, untasty parts of a flower to find the sweet nectar within. Hummingbirds are a symbol of tenacity and endurance, and remind us to stay adaptable and to accept the reality of change with a happy heart.

In the end, hummingbirds are a reminder that our happiness lies within us. When we accept that there will be tough, unpleasant parts of life, we will we be able to allow our inner peace to grow, which in turn gives us the freedom to enjoy the sweet side of life and to be at our best.

Let's work together to explore how you can fly to the heights that you want to achieve.
